No 22 heads an early train
Both No 22 and WST were on duty over the two week-ends 8/9 and 15/16 December, and provided a rare photographic opportunity to see a steam locomotive at both the front and back of our trains.

WST brings up the rear
Once again we were fully booked, and children of all ages seemed to enjoy the day - this year there was no festive weather but, even without snow, it was cold enough to feel like the North Pole.
An added attraction was the Houghton Area Junior Band who provided a musical treat adjacent to Santa's Grotto.
